Individual counselling offers a space to navigate the natural ups and downs of life with support and care. Together, we work through challenges, gently explore what may be holding you back, and build meaningful skills to support your emotional well-being and growth.
Sessions are available in person in Grande Prairie, or virtually across Alberta.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART) is a gentle, evidence-informed approach that helps process difficult experiences in a way that often feels more efficient and contained, sometimes within just a few sessions.
Grounded in well-established therapeutic practices, ART allows space for healing without requiring you to share the details of your experiences aloud, supporting you in moving forward with greater ease and steadiness.

Compassionate therapy for mothers navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility journeys, grief, trauma, and the complexities of parenthood.
Birth and reproductive trauma can leave lasting emotional impacts that are often difficult to process alone. Individual counselling offers a compassionate and supportive space to explore experiences related to traumatic births, fertility struggles, pregnancy complications, miscarriage, infant loss, medical trauma, and other deeply personal reproductive experiences.
Together, we work gently at your pace to process what you’ve been through, reduce feelings of overwhelm or distress, and support healing in a way that feels safe and grounded. Sessions are centered on helping you reconnect with yourself, rebuild a sense of trust and stability, and move forward with greater self-compassion and support.
Birth & Reproductive Trauma
Perinatal mental health challenges can affect anyone during pregnancy and postpartum, often bringing feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, sadness, irritability, fear, or disconnection. Individual counselling offers a supportive space to navigate the emotional complexities of motherhood with compassion, understanding, and care.
We aim to work through concerns related to perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), including postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, intrusive thoughts, birth-related anxiety, identity changes, and the mental load of parenting. Our work focuses on helping you feel more supported, grounded, and connected to yourself as you move through this season of life.
Perinatal Mental Health
Perinatal grief and loss can bring profound heartbreak, isolation, and emotions that are difficult to put into words. Individual counselling offers a gentle and compassionate space to process the pain of miscarriage, stillbirth, infertility, pregnancy loss, infant loss, pregnancy after loss, or the loss of the motherhood experience you had hoped for.
Together, we create space for your grief in all its forms, honouring your experience while supporting you through the emotional impact that loss can carry. Sessions are centered on helping you feel supported, understood, and cared for as you navigate healing at your own pace.
